I'm sick and tired of being single, but I refuse to play the ZoneBBS dating game. I am interested in finding someone with whom I can corispond by private quick notes, private messages and email. Someone who I will begin talking to by phone or using Skype. I am looking for someone who is willing to travel if neccessary and to welcome me into their home if I am the one that is required to travel. I am looking for someone that is interested in a real relationship, not just talk and fiction, siber sex and meaningless conversations about how the other person's day has been. I am realistic, but I'mwilling to hope, willing to try and willing to think outside of the box. My only age requirement is that you be legal, no one under the age of consent, please, and no one with grand children. I am a bit sceptical of but not closed to a relationship with some one who has children from a previous relationship. I cannot date any one with Aids or that is HIV positive, end of descussion. Just about anything else if open for descussion. I am strait and am only looking for men, just to clarify. I ask that you either be in senior high school, undergraduate studies at a two or four year college, in graduate school, holding down a job or persuing a doctoral degree. No hobby-only individuals or under-achievers need apply. I am seeking someone who genuinely wants a real relationship and not just an internet fling. I promise an open mind and a fare chance to anyone that might contact me.

Well as her good friend since childhood. I hope it works out. I know I'm with someone that i'm happy with. I did meet them online. I know i'm taking chances, I know the ods are slim, but i think that if you don't take the chance you won't know. I don't know if it will happen. Heather might get hurt. I might get hurt, but we also might find someone as honest and as seaking as we are. She is intellijant, and deserves soeone who also is, and someone who is honest. We can never tell online who is but there may be other people out there that are educated and lonely like she is looking for some true companionship. Negativity will follow on this board I'm sure, but if she doesn't try she'll never know.

Hello Heather its piano man, or Randy, how are you I understand its hard to meet someone when your blind but to meet someone you can trust is a whole other ball of wax. I enjoyed talking with you, we wrote each other a little bit here on the boards one time. If you want to chat sometime let me know. I am officially closing out this board topic, as I find my self very happy in an unexpected, but wonderful relationship, begun very recently. I am hopeful that I have found something lasting and special and I hope that all who have posted here find the same.

Well, as for finding something lasting and special, one out of two's not a great grade, fifty percent, but although my relationship did not turn out to be lasting it was special and I have no regrets. Poor marks for lasting, and full marks for special. Not fabulous, but I'll take away from it what good things I can and will chalk it up to life experience. I learned a lot and I enjoyed my self. Things were not perfect by any means, but nothing in life is. I hesitate to re-open this board topic, seeing as the zone has proven time and time again to be rather a stagnant watering hole, but in the spirit of optimism I will re-open this topic as I am now single once more.
